PRODUCTS:

At carpetdubai.ae, you will discover the varieties of carpets, rugs, versatile flooring, and skirting ( wall or floor). All the samples of products on our site are properly captured from our already done project or have been digitally produced for the perfect view on our site. The basic concern of our site is to create custom products therefore, you are warmly welcome if you are exceptional in your choice. 

To choose your desired parameters for your required products, you are welcome to visit our showroom (Fixit Design Carpet and Curtains Showroom Number 33 , Al Quoz 1st). You can check the required samples physically to ensure the quality of the product before your purchase.

We’ll ensure that your product is perfectly made according to your specified parameters, any minor material color or pattern amendment will not entitle you to reject the goods nor claim any compensation.

MEASUREMENTS:

With the aim of designing custom-made products, all the products are solely designed with your required measurements details. For every product (carpet, rugs, flooring & skirting), our concerned team will take proper measurements with your assistance and get it approved by you in order to avoid any misunderstanding. You cannot claim any change after the order is delivered to you.

MADE TO MEASURE PRODUCTS:

We offer made-to-measure products. For every project, we consider taking measurements by visiting your place and then getting your desired product manufactured. Our criteria for our products are as under:

• For carpets & rugs, we confirm your significant parameters and then start the manufacturing process, therefore, after the confirmation of the order no changes will be made nor the product will return.
• For flooring & skirting, we visit your place to take the measurement under your assistance, get it confirmed by you, and then send our installation team to install. If in any case, you need to cancel the services you can do it before installation.

Material 

The material used for manufacturing can vary in color shades slightly. As the shades vary from batch to batch.

ORDERING BY TELEPHONE

Your order will be repeated to you after you confirm. We’ll not be responsible for incorrect details for your order. Call Now!

ORDERING BY WHATSAPP

Your written confirmation for the order on WhatsApp will be considered. After that you’ll be responsible to check the order confirmation, we will not accept claims based on incorrect sizes inputted by us.

CANCELLATIONS

Custom-made products cannot be returned, until or unless there’s any fault in manufacturing from our side.

If your product is defective, you must tell us within three working days of receiving it. Please provide us with a comprehensive description of the problem, along with a photo or video, so we can figure out what’s wrong.

We will be obliged to notify Dubai Police if you pick Cash On Delivery and refuse to pay Carpetdubai.ae once the product has been made, in line with Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection.

Goods cannot be returned without prior notification to Carpetdubai.ae.

If there’s any fault in your product from our side we’ll replace or redesign your order at our expense.

If your order is damaged during delivery then we will resend your order free of cost.

Refund Policy:

A refund is applicable if your product is up to your specified parameters.

We’ll notify you that we have received your return product. If your return is approved, then we’ll either remake or refund you via your original method of payment.

We Can Cancel The Order if:

• The material you chose is out of stock
• The type of flooring or skirting is not available to us
• If you place an order from a country we are unable to deliver 
• Any Price or typographical error from our website will be accepted by us.
